Perfect location for visiting our daughter at UT and for attending Gasparilla for the first time! We could actually see the tail end of the parade from the condo’s balcony! Easy to walk to everything. Host was very responsive. Cleaning fee just seems excessive. Also, for coffee drinkers like my husband, it would be nice to have to go coffee cups in the unit to be able to use the coffee maker down near the lobby. Overall, nice unit and perfect location!

Enjoyed my stay very much. The property was exactly like presented, very clean and the host had great contact the entire weekend. Only suggestion I have is that I would suggest that you buy some wine glasses for the property. I would think that would be a staple for most renters.
