Stunning 2-Bed Condo with Panoramic DT Tampa Views

Pro’s: responsiveness of host, run by management of building so the front desk can help with check in, nice gym, roof top pool, coffee machine in lobby, great location (near restaurants, riverwalk), free parking and nice rooms.Con’s: club across is loud till 2am. We drove by and it was more quiet in our car 5 feet from club, then from the unit—walls and windows must not be well insulated.

We had a very poor experience staying at this property! -Check in process nightmare- instructions incorrect. Host repeatedly gave wrong information during check in-Host refused phone call, would only chat in app. Host force guest to type 20 messages in app to describe the numerous issues instead of taking a phone call-Had to ask 6 times where visitor parking was in the garage before host would answer-Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Took 24 hours to resolve -Kitchen floor was sticky and dirty-Inadequate bedding- no mattress pads or boxspring covers-one of two light bulbs in bathroom was burned out -Toaster smoking and unusable-Elevator bank carpet stained and dirty-Dog feces at the building entry for over 24 hours

The condo was absolutely perfect during our stay! It was very clean and located near restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends!

The condo is right in the middle of downtown with Ybor City six minutes away, Tampa Riverwalk within walking distance, night life literally across the street. It was awesome.
